7Core Music is proud to welcome Maria Gilpin to the label family. Maria is a hugely talented singer songwriter from Portadown, Northern Ireland. She leads worship alongside her husband Mark at Portadown Elim Church. They have two boys, Noah 5 and Seth 2.
"I'm a busy mum and sometimes just sitting by the piano and singing a few tunes brings peace to an ever evolving manic day."
Maria's husband Mark also writes some of the songs they sing. Drawing influences from artists such as The Civil Wars, Foy Vance and The Lumineers they travel from place to place with their music, hoping that people can relate to the songs they sing.
"Through our music we hope and pray that people will find peace in Jesus and see that they aren't in their journey alone"
Maria's debut EP 'Giving It All' will be released October 21st 2016 on 7Core Music.
