(Dec. 1) - On Friday, December 1st, rap artist Eric Heron unveiled the preorder link for his upcoming album Afterglow: A Somewhat Complicated Story which will be released on December 22nd. All those who preorder will instantly get the single “On Deck.” The full-length is the follow-up to this year’s Dawn EP which had over 200,000 streams and spawned popular singles “Be Me” and “Switch It Up.” Since Dawn, Eric Heron has steadily increased his fanbase by dropping non-album singles “Left, Right,” “I Guess So,” “I-10,” and “Obi-Wan” with the later getting over 100,000 streams on Spotify alone. The first single off of Eric’s debut album Afterglow is, “Bet” featuring Lawren, who dropped his EP As You Pass Go earlier this year. The music video, shot by Sean Dee, dropped on November 18th. (WATCH HERE). Heron has stepped up his game on all facets of this release, most prominently the visuals and colors. Kevin Hackett, a graphic artist who has worked with a ton of musical artists, did the artwork and design for the above cover and the back cover (Pictured Below). “Life is all about perspective: some instances it feels really easy, other times incredibly difficult.
