June 27, 2019 – Los Angeles, CA – Today, chart-topping Michigan rapper  NF  unveiled his second new song “When I Grow Up” produced by Tommee Profitt from his forthcoming album – The Search, released via NFREALMUSIC/Caroline.

The song and accompanying video highlight the fierce determination and love of music that made NF pursue becoming a rapper at all costs and despite all obstacles. Watch the video HERE .

NF’s fourth full-length album, The Search, will release on July 26, the pre-order is now available HERE, and exclusive new album merch designs can be purchased HERE .

The Search features hip-hop, pop and cinematic elements, evident in tracks such as “When I Grow Up,” and the title track “ The Search ,” which racks up over 35 global streams. The album follows the 2017 release , Perception , which took the industry by surprise when fans propelled it to #1 on the Billboard 200 upon release. Perception is now certified Platinum in the US with over two million album-equivalent units.

Most recently, NF released his single “ The Search, ” which The New York Times named as the best of the week and it already has more than 21 million streams in the U.S. alone, with the video viewed more than 15 million times.

The Search 29-date headline run will kick off on September 12 at Stage AE in Pittsburgh and take NF across North America, culminating with his debut at Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre on October 13 and wrapping up in California October 26 at San Jose Civic.

Every online ticket order of 2 or more tickets for the 2019 U.S. NF headline tour will include 1 physical CD copy of NF’s forthcoming album The Search . Tour information is available at nfrealmusic.com/tour.

Known for his lyrical wordplay and dark honesty, NF packs a lot of emotion into every line.

I know this prolly isn’t really realistic
And honestly I might never make a difference
But that don’t make a difference I’ma have to risk it
I been crunching numbers you ain’t gotta be a mathematician
To see the odds ain’t rootin for me
I can’t lie though that’s kinda how I like to be
The underdog yeah you prolly think you know what I mean
But what I’ma saying is they ever push me I’ma gonna swing

The Search is NF’s fourth full-length album. It follows the independently released Perception (NF Real Music/Caroline), which took the music industry by surprise when fans propelled it to the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 upon its release. Also topping Billboard’s Top Rap Albums and Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts, Perception was the ultimate underdog story of 2017, as chronicled by  The New York Times ,  Rolling Stone and Forbes , with the latter noting, “NF’s success speaks to what can be done these days outside of the traditional system.”

Now certified Platinum in the U.S., Perception has earned more than two million album equivalent units worldwide while cumulative streams have surpassed 3.5 billion. Singles like “Let You Down” – 3x Platinum and a No. 1 Pop radio hit in the U.S., and certified Platinum or higher in seven additional countries – “Lie” and “If You Want Love” further expanded NF’s fanbase, paving the way for his sold-out, 87-date 2018 Perception World tour of North America and Europe, numerous festival appearances and the direct support slot on Logic’s Bobby Tarantino Vs Everybody arena tour.
