August 5, 2019 – Los Angeles, CA … Rapper NF has topped the Billboard charts with The Search, now the #1 album in America and the biggest-selling week for a rap album this year. Released on NF Real Music/Caroline, The Search sold 130,000 equivalent album units, with 84,000 in full album sales, making The Search the biggest selling album for a rap set this year. This marks the rapper’s second consecutive album to land at number one on the Billboard Top 200, following 2017’s multi-platinum certified Perception. NF surprised the industry with Perception’s success, and he proved his place atop the music industry with The Search - selling more than double his previous chart-topping album. On the streaming side The Search racks up over 60 million streams in it’s first week debut. Operating from outside of the system and against all odds, NF quietly and unassumingly ascended to the forefront of modern hip-hop on his own terms. “This is a story that is over five years in the making and not once has NF skipped a step,” says Chris Woltman of Element1 Management. “It defines the concept of artist and marketplace development driven by an artist with an ability to connect to and drive a committed and passionate core fan base.” NF’s independently released Perception debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and shone a light on a fervent fan-driven movement surrounding the artist. It also bowed at No. 1 on the Top Rap Albums and Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts. It was the ultimate underdog story of 2017, and as Forbes noted “NF’s success speaks to what can be done these days outside of the traditional system.” NF – THE SEARCH TOUR 2019 Tickets: nfrealmusic.com/tour *not a Live Nation date 9/12 Pittsburgh, PA* Stage AE 9/13 Grand Rapids, MI The DeltaPlex Arena 9/14 Detroit, MI Michigan Lottery Amphitheater at Freedom Hill 9/15 Columbus, OH * Express Live! 9/17 Philadelphia, PA The Met Philadelphia 9/18 Wallingford, CT Toyota Oakdale Theatre 9/20 Charlotte, NC Charlotte Metro Credit Union Amphitheatre 9/21 Raleigh, NC Red Hat Amphitheater 9/23 Nashville, TN Marathon Music Works SOLD OUT 9/24 Nashville, TN Marathon Music Works SOLD OUT 9/26 Louisville, KY Old Forester’s Paristown Hall 9/27 Fort Wayne, IN The Clyde Theatre SOLD OUT 9/28 Minneapolis, MN Armory 9/29 Winnipeg, MB Burton Cummings Theatre 10/1 Edmonton, AB Edmonton Convention Centre 10/2 Calgary, AB Grey Eagle Event Centre 10/3 Vancouver, BC PNE Forum 10/5 Seattle, WA WAMU Theater 10/6 Kennewick, WA Toyota Center Kennewick 10/8 Portland, OR Moda Center 10/9 Garden City, ID Revolution Concert House 10/11 Magna, UT* The Great Saltair 10/13 Morrison, CO Red Rocks Amphitheatre 10/15 Kansas City, MO Uptown Theater SOLD OUT 10/18 Houston, TX Revention Music Center 10/19 Oklahoma City, OK The Criterion 10/20 Irving, TX The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory 10/22 Phoenix, AZ Comerica Theatre SOLD OUT 10/24 Anaheim, CA House of Blues Anaheim SOLD OUT 10/25 Anaheim, CA House of Blues Anaheim SOLD OUT 10/26 San Jose, CA San Jose Civic SOLD OUT EUROPEAN DATES 3/1 Cologne, DE Cologne Palladium 3/2 Berlin, DE Huxley’s SOLD OUT 3/3 Hamburg, DE Docks SOLD OUT 3/5 Frankfurt, DE Batschkapp SOLD OUT 3/6 Munich, DE Tonhalle SOLD OUT 3/8 Brussels, BE AB Main Hall 3/9 Paris, FR Elysée Montmarte 3/10 Amsterdam, NE Melkweg SOLD OUT 3/12 Manchester, UK O2 Ritz 3/13 Bristol, UK O2 Academy 3/14 Leeds, UK University Stylus 3/16 Glasgow, UK SWG3 3/18 Birmingham, UK O2 Institute 3/19 London, UK Roundhouse For more on NF, visit: Website | Facebook | Twitter | Instagram | YouTube
