“Heaven Changes Everything” follows Big Daddy Weave’s chart-topping collaboration with rising star Katy Nichole, “God Is In This Story,” which held the No. 1 spot for three weeks. The fresh track was written by Big Daddy Weave front man Mike Weaver, with Matthew West and Jeff Pardo, while Big Daddy Weave’s Jeremy Redmon produced the track in collaboration with Pardo.

“I was at an all-time low after losing my father, my mother, and then my brother Jay, who played bass in Big Daddy Weave,” shares Big Daddy Weave front man Mike Weaver. “Then the thought came to me, ‘What is it like for someone who doesn’t know about heaven?’ Because we have the hope of heaven, and because Jesus said heaven is right here inside of our hearts, it changes everything about the way we see life now and the way we see life in the future.
