Moline, IL - “And your ancient ruins shall be rebuilt; you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; you shall be called the repairer of the breach, the restorer of streets to dwell in.” [Isaiah 58:12]
It’s bigger than hip-hop. Do you remember that? When the culture tries to sell you on a life that ultimately ends in destruction, you must remain focused that there is a higher calling. That environment that appears to breed death is the same land that is ripe for the harvest. Are you willing to labor and increase the spoils of righteousness?
From dealing drugs to pushing the “street gospel” in his music, Nathan Graves has spent the past three years pouring into the same community that he once helped to tear down. He has committed to the work of the Lord and is In The Field.
Graves’ new single hits digital streaming platforms on April 7, 2023.
“This song is meant to be a light for the trenches,” shares Graves. “For every current or ex-dope boy and gang member, we’re not promised tomorrow. Let me show you how my life changed for the better.”
Nathan Graves pours out his heart on In The Field. With production by PsyJack Beats, the record features high-energy, potent storytelling, and incredible honesty. Graves has truly come into his own when it comes to music. Bigger than his musical ability, he has grown and matured to become the man that God has chosen to walk this specific path. In this game, you’re either In The Field or you’re on the sidelines. Nathan Graves is here to impact the final score.

About Nathan Graves
Nathan Graves is a Christian Hip Hop (CHH) artist from Moline, Illinois. With a sound that he describes as “street gospel”, Graves creates music that is authentic to his life. Before accepting Jesus as his lord and savior, he was involved in the street life, including dealing, and using, drugs and having gang affiliations. Now, he uses Gospel rap to reach those who are lost to show them a way out through Christ.
It is with this heart for reaching others that he now uses music to speak to those who have been, or still are, living a life like the one God delivered Graves from. Influences on Graves’ music include many of CHH’s top names such as Datin, H.U.R.T., Reconcile, and Sevin.
