NASHVILLE, Tenn.—Kicking-off a much-anticipated new chapter in his rapidly growing career, singer/songwriter and Amplo recording artist Nathan Sheridan returns with “Do You Know.” Releasing to Christian radio and streaming platforms today, the single puts Sheridan’s emotive vocal front and center as the opening verse swells into a soaring, celebratory chorus backed by a Gospel choir.

Penned by Luke Nielsen, Jay Speight and Phoebe Scott, the Speight-produced track welcomes the prodigal home, offering a timely reminder of God’s deep love for His children: “Do you know He dances at the sound of your name?/Do you know He longs to bless you over and over again?/He is for you beginning to end/If you’ve ever wondered if it’s really true/He loves you.”

“In my own life, I’ve had times of feeling distant from God, so I hope listeners can draw parallels from this song to their own stories,” Sheridan says. “God knows you; He is there in the midst of any circumstance; and He smiles at the sound of your name simply because you are His.”

“I truly believe God is going to move through this song,” Sheridan adds. “It’s different from anything I’ve recorded before. When I heard it for the first time in the studio, I felt the anointing of its message and I hope others will too.”

ABOUT NATHAN SHERIDAN
Born in Pensacola, Florida, to parents dealing with addiction, Nathan Sheridan was raised in Louisiana by his grandparents. Following a tumultuous childhood that included the loss of his older sister to brain cancer, Sheridan made a commitment to Christ when he was 14. Upon high school graduation he enlisted in the National Guard and served his country for six years. While deployed in Kuwait, Sheridan led worship for fellow soldiers, providing a foundation that impacts his ministry today.

His critically acclaimed full-length debut, Broken With You, released in 2018 and features the poignant track “Again.” Paying tribute to veterans of the Greatest Generation, the music video for “Again” premiered on CMT in 2019 as part of its “Artist Discovery" platform. Sheridan's inspiring life story has been featured on The 700 Club, 100 Huntley Street and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association's GPS: God. People. Stories. podcast, among other outlets; and he has opened for such artists as Matthew West, Tasha Layton and CAIN. After signing with Amplo Records in 2022, Sheridan bowed his label debut, “Something Worth Singing About,” and the single has garnered more than three million streams to date.

ABOUT AMPLO RECORDS
Bringing together decades of experience from various key facets of the entertainment industry, Christian music leaders Lance Wieland, Marcus Rixon and Jay Speight launched Amplo Records in 2022 with the signing of acclaimed singer/songwriter Nathan Sheridan to an exclusive recording contract, as well as songwriter Phoebe Scott to an exclusive publishing agreement. Rixon is the founder and president of Rixon Entertainment Group and Wieland is CEO of WieRok Entertainment Group, while Speight is a sought-after songwriter and producer with more than two decades of label, publishing, production and artist development experience.
