After a brief hiatus due to a health scare, Michael Turner's return to the music industry in 2021, at the urging of close friend Pastor Clint Brown, marked a pivotal moment. His reentry led to the inception of Straight Arrow Management, a platform where he could curate a collective of like-minded ministries and artists.

Today, Straight Arrow successfully manages a carefully selected roster of artists and ministries, extending its reach into distribution through the launch of Straight Arrow Records. The following groups have enthusiastically joined both Straight Arrow Management and Straight Arrow Records: Todd Tilghman, Avenue, Right Road Quartet, Small Town Sunday, and Keith Sammons.
