Rich Colón has hit the ground running since returning to the faith-based hip-hop scene.
In addition to releasing his first solo single (UNDO.) for indie imprint Polished Arrow Music, Rich has also debuted as one-half of the duo known as BASECAMP. With the calendar turning to 2024, the Detroit emcee is setting his eyes on the release of a new solo project.
Set It Off, released to streaming platforms on January 2, 2024, is the tone-setter for Colón’s coming EP.
The single features Christian rap veteran Kaboose along with bone-shaking production from the ultra-talented Chrys Jones. Set It Off is more than another boom-bap record, it is gritty hip-hop that breaks barriers and penetrates the very soul of the listener.
