“Look At The Clouds” is a special song that artist Ray Catlett has been waiting to share with the world. The idea of the track came from a dream he had one night where he and his brother were standing outside staring up at the presence of God shining brightly in the clouds.
Ray’s lyrics for this song are intimate and personal. Each verse illustrates some of the most common struggles of day-to-day life. But the heaviness eventually gets lifted when the chorus sings, “You pick me up when I lose my crown. You pick me up and turn me around. You pick me up when I’m feeling down. You raise my head to look at the clouds.” The message is simple: Keeping our focus on God gives us the ability to overcome every obstacle.
Finally, the third act of Ray Catlett’s new song, “Look At The Clouds” features a beautifully crafted guitar solo that showcases some of Ray’s aura. One of the unique things about him is his blistering guitar skills. Ray grew up a metalhead and is no stranger to the genre (You can check out some of his metalcore songs under the artist name “PURITAN”).
