May 3, 2024 – Nashville, TN – Red Street Records’ bi-lingual CCM artist Iveth Luna released her brand new song, “One of a Kind,” available everywhere today (listen HERE). The song drops closely behind her leading single, “Right On Time” (HERE) and kicks off a massive run of Spring and Summer tour dates. Today’s track, written by Luna alongside AJ Pruis and Cindy Morgan and produced by Pruis, encourages listeners to trust in God’s perfect creation. Iveth expresses the inspiration behind her song and shares, “I felt a tug in my heart to write a song to my younger self. What would I say to her knowing what I know now? My hope is that this song feels like an embrace of love and truth. We are uniquely and wonderfully made in the image of God, and that makes us one of a kind.”
After a recent string of shows opening for both Micah Tyler and Mike Donehey of Tenth Avenue North, Iveth’s new music kickstarts a run of over forty tour dates spanning across the US on the Community Worship Nights Touraccompanying Jeremy Rosado, Bay Turner and Stephen Stanley starting May 8th. Red Street Records artist Iveth Luna joins a rare circle of Christian vocalists who record music in both English and Spanish, a reflection of her bilingual heritage and the colorful musical family that raised her. The Texas native first felt called to music during a transformational encounter with God at a worship night in college. Following a series of rejections, including a devastating “no” during an “American Idol” audition, the singer/songwriter walked through a season of depression. It was another profound moment of worship at church that eventually brought healing and enabled her to overcome her emotional struggles. Now, she hopes her own original songs can do the same for others. Her debut single, “In You,” catapulted Luna into the Top 30 on the Billboard Christian Airplay Chart and earned her a spot on Air1’s “Top 10 Unforgettable Artists of 2022” year-end list. In 2023, the newcomer was selected to be a pre-tel presenter at the 54th annual GMA Dove Awards and, that same year, garnered her first Dove Award nomination as a co-writer on “Goodbye Ole Me,” recorded by her labelmates in Consumed By Fire. Poised to open a fresh chapter of music, Luna’s third single, “Right On Time,” is currently at radio. The optimistic track will serve as the title-cut of her upcoming EP, arriving in 2024.
