NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE (JULY 30, 2024) – Shane Davis, a South Carolina-based artist known for his heartfelt and redemptive music, is excited to announce the release of his latest single, "Run To Me," to Christian radio. This inspirational track is the title song from his album, "Run To Me," and promises to resonate deeply with listeners across the Inspirational and Christian Country genres.
"Run To Me" encapsulates Shane's journey of faith and resilience, a theme that has consistently defined his music. Reflecting on the song, Shane shares, "This song echoes the simplicity of Christ. No matter what you're going through or where you've been, He's standing with open arms softly speaking, 'run to me.'"
Shane's musical journey began in his childhood, where the soulful sounds of a harmonica and organ in a South Carolina church left an indelible mark on him. By the age of 8, he was already serenading his congregation, and by 12, he had taken up the guitar, making music an integral part of his life. His path, marked by both triumphs and trials, saw him performing in high school bands and night clubs before returning to his roots in Christian music.
Through personal struggles, including battling addiction and dealing with his father's incarceration, music became a sanctuary for Shane. His dedication and talent led to collaborations with notable industry figures, including Tim Lawter, renowned bassist of the Marshall Tucker Band, who produced his latest project.
Drawing inspiration from music legends like Lynard Skynard and BB King, as well as Christian music artists like We The Kingdom and Jason Crabb, Shane has crafted a sound that is both unique and deeply moving. His music is not just a profession but a calling, driven by a desire to inspire and spread hope.
"Run To Me" is a testament to Shane's unwavering faith and his ability to connect with listeners on a profound level. As he releases this song to Christian radio, he invites audiences to find solace and inspiration in its message of redemption and peace.
