Bethlehem, PA (August 13, 2024) - Today, Christian music media pioneers JesusFreakHideout.com celebrate 28 years online since first launching on this day in August, 1996. To celebrate, the long-running music and entertainment site continued their annual tradition of releasing a collection of FREE indie music mp3s, with Songs We've Been Trying To Tell You About (And Others We Haven't), Volume Thirteen.
"They say music is dead," says Scott Fryberger, veteran staff writer and co-producer of the JFH indie compilations, "Well... they're wrong. It may not be as lucrative these days, but independent music is thriving, and I'm still finding new artists and albums to love. It's a pleasure to be able to highlight some amazing music this way and hopefully introduce people to artists that become part of their regular rotations!"
As an annual "thank you" to JFH readers, and to help spotlight some of the best underground artists on the scene, Songs We've Been Trying To Tell You About (And Others We Haven't), Volume Thirteen releases today on the site's anniversary and offers 38 songs that have released recently, along with a few that are making their debut here first!
The full, 38-song Songs We've Been Trying To Tell You About (And Others We Haven't), Volume Thirteen boasts familiar and up-and-coming talent, including Starflyer 59, Remedy Drive, The Myriad, Nate Parrish, Jason Dunn's Lights Go Down, Grace Graber, Gileah Taylor and many more.
