"'The Great Divide' is about us as Christians tearing each other apart over denominations. [I claim] that [I'm] more holy than you because I believe this [way]... the only true repentance we have is to realize deep down we are evil and need to turn to God," shares guitarist Joe Murphy.

 

What many might find to be very heavy subject is accompanied by an equally fitting soundtrack which batters the listener with crushing riffs and brutally pounding percussion. Murphy expanded on what influenced the essence of "The Great Divide."
