NASHVILLE, TENN. (OCTOBER 11, 2024) With one of the most recognizable voices in the worship genre, TAYA releases a brand new song "Come Into The Light." This song follows her self-titled 2023 album and her single "Gonna Be Good" released earlier this year. Listen to "Come Into The Light" now.
“I wrote this song two years ago with Bryan Fowler and Micah Kuiper, and then it sat in my Dropbox for a year," shares TAYA. "Just before going on tour in April this year, I felt we should lead it, so that's what we did. We sang it worldwide for six months - we haven't stopped singing it yet."
She adds, "I pray that as you hear Jesus’ invitation it moves you to action, to walk in the light as He is in the light. Our merciful God sees us and loves us anyway. He invites us to have a relationship with Him up close and personal. By the grace of God, as we walk with Him and surrender, He will lead us in a better way. May we heed His invitation, start running toward Him, and come into the Light.”

ABOUT TAYA: Taya Gaukrodger comes from a country town in the north of Australia. In 2010 she relocated to Sydney to pursue a music career. Soon after arriving she got involved at Hillsong Church and began volunteering in youth, and young adult ministries. The world first heard Taya's voice in Hillsong United's "Oceans" and "Touch The Sky" and from that moment, her voice became an unmistakable clarion call to worship across the world. Taya is most passionate about worship that points people to Jesus and she hopes to lead people to worship more authentically and passionately as they discover more about Him.
