Florida - “For I wrote to you with many tears out of an extremely troubled and anguished heart — not to cause you pain, but that you should know the abundant love I have for you.” [2 Corinthians 2:4]
R.kitect exploded on the Christian rap scene in 2024. The Florida emcee released a plethora of singles, including the acclaimed “Knuckle Up,” along with a new project (‘Relax, I’ve Done This Before’) while working with some of the most respected lyricists in CHH. Before the year wraps up, R.kitect is dropping a new EP that encompasses his journey to the forefront of the conversation of who has the most elite pen in the genre.
“I really wanted to display an elite pen on this project. I hope to demonstrate God’s might by boldly carving a new path in our space.” - R.kitect
R.kitect is not an artist who backs down from a challenge. When you look at the featured artist list for Vicious Circles, it is clear that he has confidence in his craft as he goes bar for bar with many of the most prominent lyrical rappers currently operating within CHH.
Menace Movement founder Datin, along with roster member C4 Cronta, make appearances on Vicious Circles (“Vicious Circles,” “Knuckle Up”) while “Sweet Science Cypha” is a verbal onslaught that includes veteran emcees Man of War, Kaboose, and MotionPlus, among others.
Vicious Circles is not a project meant for listeners looking to vibe. It is an EP packed with purpose, mission, and bravado. R.kitect does not waste a single breath as he understands the assignment…give all who will hear the life-changing truth of the Gospel without sacrificing greatness, one that is recognized by the faith-filled and those who remain searching alike. This is hip-hop for the underground, the real heads.
Vicious Circles hits digital streaming platforms on November 22, 2024.
