Translucent is The Choir’s new ambient instrumental album, a shimmering tapestry of sound that captures the essence of mood and serenity. Across 10 atmospheric tracks, the band weaves effect-laden guitars, evocative saxophone, and electronic rhythms into a late-career triumph—a true legacy project.
About the project, the band says:
"We've been working on this album in the background for several years. This is The Choir sound that has been much of the foundation of our sonics and vibe for decades. We really can't be anymore proud of this project and we’re thrilled to reveal it with this surprise instant release. No Kickstarter! No waiting for vinyl! We invested in this ourselves and kept it a secret during the entire process.
