Nashville, TN (February 4, 2025) - Gospel and Praise & Worship artist Redemption Praise is bringing an uplifting, scripture-infused sound to Christian radio with the release of their new single, “Praise You.” Written by Leanette Lopez and produced by Jerroll Lehman at Gaither Studio, this vibrant track is a celebration of faith, featuring an energetic fusion of Gospel, Praise & Worship, and Latin influences that encourages believers to lift their voices in praise.
From the first notes, “Praise You” is an invitation to rejoice, seamlessly blending John 3:16 into its lyrics—reminding listeners of God’s unwavering love and the gift of salvation. With a driving rhythm, a bilingual chorus, and an infectious melody, the song offers a refreshing contrast to the somber tones often heard on Christian radio. “Today’s airwaves are filled with songs of struggle and sadness. We need more upbeat songs that lift us up while lifting Him up,” shares Leanette Lopez. “That’s why I wrote this song—to celebrate God’s glory through joyful praise and the power of His Word.”
Leanette Lopez, the heart behind Redemption Praise, has been a songwriter since her early teens, drawing from a diverse musical background and a deeply rooted faith. Influenced by artists such as CeCe Winans, Bethel Music, Amy Grant, and the timeless legacy of Selena Quintanilla, Leanette has developed a sound that bridges cultural divides while remaining firmly anchored in biblical truth. Her journey—marked by personal loss, perseverance, and a steadfast commitment to ministry—has shaped her into a voice of encouragement for believers worldwide.
With its infectious “Na…na, na, na, na, na” refrain and a chorus that resounds in both English and Spanish, “Praise You” is a song that transcends barriers, uniting worshippers in a shared moment of adoration. This single serves as a powerful reminder that worship is not just an act but a way of life—one that proclaims God’s goodness with every beat and every lyric.
