ABOUT TAYA: Taya Gaukrodger comes from a country town in the north of Australia. In 2010, she relocated to Sydney to pursue a music career. Soon after arriving, she got involved at Hillsong Church and began volunteering in youth and young adult ministries. The world first heard TAYA’s voice in Hillsong United’s ‘Oceans’ and ‘Touch The Sky,’ and from that moment, her voice became an unmistakable clarion call to worship across the world. TAYA is most passionate about worship that points people to Jesus, and she hopes to lead people to worship more authentically and passionately as they discover more about Him.
ABOUT JOE L BARNES: Joe L. Barnes, a 30-year-old singer and songwriter, grew up in a household filled with diverse musical influences, ranging from his mother’s gospel favorites like The Clark Sisters and Kirk Franklin to his father’s love for artists like Tracy Chapman and Amy Winehouse. This eclectic mix shaped his sound, which he describes as a blend of Gospel, Roots, Urban, R&B, Quartet, and Worship—his own musical “gumbo.” After spending two years as part of the award-winning Maverick City Music collective, where he co-wrote the Grammy-winning hit “Promises,” Barnes has now embarked on his solo journey with his debut album, The Good Shepherd. Inspired by Psalm 23, the album presents God as loving and near rather than distant or disappointed, offering ten faith-filled songs that bring revelation through music.
Barnes’s songwriting is sparked by conversations, melodies, and lyrical ideas, resulting in a dynamic range of worship music. Tracks like “Roll It Over” infuse soulful R&B with classic gospel instrumentation, while “Good Shepherd” reinforces a sense of belonging through soaring vocals. Collaborations with artists like Aaron Moses on “Living Proof” and Aaron Cole on the uplifting “Count Me In” add depth to the album’s message of faith and encouragement. Beyond music, Barnes is dedicated to impacting lives through his “Feed the 25” initiative, which focuses on nurturing his close community so they can, in turn, spread hope on a larger scale. With a clear vision for his life—balancing family, faith, and a thriving music career—he remains committed to following wherever God leads him.
ABOUT LEELAND: Leeland is a Texas-based worship leader who serves as a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. Over the years, he has received multiple Grammy and Dove Award nominations. As Leeland’s journey has progressed, his music has continued to evolve. In 2023, he released City of God, an album that explores themes of pastoral and prophetic voices in worship, bringing together songs that unite the people of God in song. The lead track, "Heart and Flesh," featuring TAYA, expresses an inward longing to worship God. Leeland's dedication to crafting beautiful melodies and meaningful lyrics that inspire and lead others in worship is evident in his work. ABOUT TIFFANY HUDSON: Tiffany Hudson is a member of the award-winning collective Elevation Worship. Known for helming songs like “More Than Able,” “Sure Been Good,” and “New Thing Coming,” among many others, Hudson has quickly become one of Elevation Worship’s most recognizable voices. As a member of the multi-Platinum-certified group, Hudson has garnered a GRAMMY® Award, two Billboard Music Awards, eight GMA Dove Awards, and a K-LOVE Fan Award. With numerous songs consistently remaining in the CCLI Top 100, the acclaimed collective has also earned five No. 1 Christian radio hits, including “Graves Into Gardens,” “RATTLE!,” “Same God,” “Trust In God” and multi-week chart-topper “Praise,” their most explosive single to date. Yet, for Hudson, who became a first-time mom in 2024, the stats and shiny accolades are secondary to her life’s mission of making sure the Bride of Christ — the Church — “shines so beautifully, the way we’re meant to.” She’s simply grateful for the small part she gets to play in a much larger story.
