(NASHVILLE) -- Nashville based Indie pop duo, Clemency, return with a brand new single, spurring on listeners to persevere in the pursuit of their dreams. “Whole Heart,” which was released everywhere today, uplifts and encourages with the soaring cinematic melodies and soulful lyrical themes that the band has become known for. “Whole Heart was written for all the dreamers; past present and future,” says Jason. But really, when it comes down to it, who doesn’t fit into that category in some form or fashion?”

“This song is an acknowledgement that chasing a dream, whatever it may be, is not for the faint of heart.” he continues. “There will be twists and turns, ups and downs, successes and failures, doubts, doubters, a humble admittance that you can’t do it on your own, many unknowns, and sacrifices made in the pursuit of keeping the dream alive. We can’t tell you where your dream will take you, or where it will end, or what all will be accomplished. We haven’t fully uncovered that for ourselves. But, we do know that dream is not in your heart by accident. It was put there by the greatest dreamer of all. And we can tell you the perfect place to start. Give it your WHOLE HEART.”

This new release adds another chapter to the story that Jason and Paul endeavor to tell with their music — a soundtrack for the voyage of the human heart in this life. “The songs we write are reflections of the life, love, hope and beauty we seek” said Paul and Jason.

Brothers Jason and Paul Watkins, natives of Yukon, Oklahoma, have been making music together since high school.
