"Never take Friendship Personal was a pivotal moment in our lives, not just our career. We came off of making our first record, and spent the next 2 years touring non-stop, which allowed us to find our sound. The process was stressful, filled with conflict, but what came of it was something we couldn’t have imagined. We found ourselves connecting with more people than we could imagine. Whether it be a connection to the music, or the lyrics making people feel seen, we pushed through our creative differences and made a record we continue to be proud of, and in constant awe of with the fan response.
With this new endeavor, we’ve found new energy. We’ve seen our fans rally behind us and give us new life. Remaking this record was something we were so excited about, not to erase the past, but to forge a new future. A future with endless possibilities, where we can continue to make music for you all with renewed passion. We hope you love this reimagining of one of our favorite records, and there will be more to come.
Thank you,
Joseph"
