Detroit, MI - “Therefore we do not give up. Even though our outer person is being destroyed, our inner person is being renewed day by day. For our momentary light affliction is producing for us an absolutely incomparable eternal weight of glory. So we do not focus on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.” [2 Corinthians 4:16-18]
Urban duo, ‘Rhymes In Harmony,’ consists of rapper Dex the Nerd Who Loves Jesus and producer/vocalist Dave Hall. The group has a simple goal, to uplift and inspire by blending soulful rhythms, smooth melodies, and powerful expressions of the Gospel via spoken word. With the release of their new single, these passionate storytellers showcase their unique blend of gospel and hip-hop.
New Day is a record that penetrates the hearts of believers as a reminder that while we can feel trapped in our current surroundings, there is a day coming soon when the Son will emerge and change all that we know.
The single stands out against the current Christian music landscape as a song that effortlessly blends multiple genres, making it appeal to a vast audience. Whether you are a listener looking for beautiful vocal melodies, transparent lyricism, or a cinematic sound bed, New Day truly offers all of these elements performed at an expert level.
