Nashville, April 4, 2025: Nineties Worship Night announces the long-awaited release of Nineties Worship Night Docuseries Episode 1: Revival Fire Fall featuring Lindell Cooley and the songs from The Brownsville Revival. “With this year marking the 30th anniversary of the start of The Brownsville Revival, what perfect timing to release this episode, where we reflect on the music ministry of Lindell Cooley and 90s worship song classics such as "I Need You More," "We Will Ride," "Spirit Of The Sovereign Lord," "Enemy's Camp," and more," states Nineties Worship Night Founder and President Chad Gentry.

The Brownsville Revival, also known as the Pensacola Outpouring, was a Pentecostal revival that began in 1995 at the Brownsville Assembly of God in Pensacola, Florida, drawing millions of attendees across the globe. Lindell Cooley, worship Leader of The Brownsville Revival, explains, "Our church was on a city block and people would be lined up around the block twice. They would have come at 4am to stand in line and the room would fill up in 17 seconds."

The revival became such a cultural phenomenon that mainstream news outlets such as ABC News 20/20 and The New York Times covered it during its height. Lindell Cooley and Brownsville Worship ultimately recorded several live albums in the late 1990s including collaborations with Christian record labels Integrity Music and Vineyard Worship. With well over 5 million units sold worldwide, it is safe to say that Brownsville Worship's impact on the modern worship movement was profound.

Nineties Worship Night Docuseries is a historical perspective on the global worship music culture of the 1990s featuring interviews with prominent worship leaders, songwriters, and music industry executives as well as archive footage and sound recordings. The Docuseries will be incrementally released exclusively on YouTube, and future episodes will include Darlene Zschech, Don Moen, Ron Kenoly, Martin Smith, Jeff Deyo, Charlie Hall, Christy Nockels, Paul Baloche, Rita Springer, and many others.

According to Chad Gentry, "Nineties Worship Night is a challenge to every single person in the Body of Christ to re-examine their faith in Jesus and reignite their passion in serving Him. Additionally, we want to minister to those who have stepped away from the faith and are drawn back in by impactful memories of these songs from the 1990s. Lastly, we pray that Nineties Worship Night will draw unbelievers who are moved by the authenticity of this time period and are compelled by the powerful narratives shared. Hopefully we are successful in creating connection points through our Docuseries, music, and live events that will have this type of impact."
