Tae Lamar is no stranger to the Christian hip-hop scene.
As the producer half of the duo ‘Above the Clouds’ (along with emcee iNTELLECT), Lamar has been a stalwart in the boom bap resurgence that has emerged within the CHH subgenre. The Chicago-based producer has worked with a myriad of artists over the years.
His new single, Vengeance, marks his first official, solo release on indie imprint Polished Arrow Music.
Vengeance hits digital streaming platforms on April 11, 2025, and features fellow Polished Arrow roster members Griffin (Tunnel Rats) and Procyse (Souljornerz, BASECAMP). Kair One provides cuts for the record as the single boldly showcases elements of golden-era hip-hop.
