Nashville, TN (June 3, 2025) - Freedom Heart Worship has released its powerful debut single, “All Things,” featuring worship artist Jake Pooser, to Christian radio. Born out of deeply personal reflection and healing, the song is an anthem of hope for those navigating life’s storms. With lyrics that speak to the weary heart—“When my ship is sinking and all I see are waves… That’s when He loves to make a way”—“All Things” reminds listeners that God is not distant in difficulty but present and powerful in every moment of uncertainty.
Written by Hannah Kerr, Jacob Pooser, Lin Yi Chen, and Alex Zwart, and produced by Zwart alongside Greyson Campbell, the track showcases a fresh yet reverent worship sound. Jake Pooser’s vocal contribution adds warmth and depth, amplifying the emotional impact of the message. Anchored in the truth of God’s promises, the chorus declares with conviction: “All things are possible / Nothing is too hard for our God.”
This release marks the beginning of a new chapter for the artist behind Freedom Heart Worship. After seasons of soul-searching and confronting fear, she emerged with a renewed desire to live freely and authentically—a mission that fuels her songwriting. “My pledge is to walk through life as honest and genuine as I can so that my music can be a rumination in action,” she shares. “Maybe somehow you and I will find the similarities in the process.”
“All Things” isn’t just a song—it’s a statement of faith. From its honest confession in the verse, “I believe, God help my unbelief,” to the triumphant bridge declaring, “In the waiting, in the breaking / Oh God, You build my faith,” Freedom Heart Worship and Jake Pooser offer a reminder that God still works miracles, especially when we feel weakest.
With more music to come under the Freedom Heart Worship name, this debut sets a strong foundation—pointing listeners to the God who makes all things possible.
