“Easy Surrender” marks a powerful new chapter for Influence Music, continuing the worship collective’s standard of releasing one live album per year. Penned by an all-star team of worship pioneers — Ricky Jackson (Grammy Award winner, For King & Country, Phil Wickham), Kristy Nordhoff (Grammy Award nominee, Dove Award winner, Natalie Grant, Tauren Wells), and the newest voice of Influence Music, Matt Pelt — this anthem captures the heart of worship in a fresh and deeply resonant way.

“We wrote this song from our own personal experiences with the goodness of God,” Pelt said. “Even when we failed Him, He just kept loving us, and that love makes it easy to give Him everything.”

Produced by Bede Korporaal (Passion, Jesus Culture, kalley), “Easy Surrender” fuses the emotional depth of CCM with the melodic pull of modern pop. However, it’s the message that cuts through: surrendering to God isn’t a heavy burden — it’s a natural response to encountering His faithfulness.

This new era comes off the heels of Melody Noel’s debut Christian EP, “Back To Praise,” and the greater collective’s win at the 13th Annual We Love Christian Music Awards for their seventh live album “Day & Night (Live At Influence Church).”
