From the heart of Los Angeles—known as both the entertainment capital of the world and a land of spiritual revival—emerges a powerful new sound of praise and worship: Sons of Thunder, a trio composed of brothers Samuel, Israel, and David Tejada. Their latest single, “Nadie como Él” (“No One Like Him”), is now available on all digital platforms and is beginning to make waves on Latin American radio. The song is a bold declaration of worship and a fresh expression of the Holy Spirit’s movement in this generation.

Hailing from Los Angeles and raised in a thriving church pastored by their parents in the heart of the arts and entertainment capital, the Tejada brothers channeled their individual talents into forming a worship group with a name as powerful as its purpose: Sons of Thunder. With impressive solo careers, the brothers joined forces two years ago, uniting their gifts, faith, and artistic passion to create a group that blends musical excellence with a profound spiritual calling for such a time as this.

Samuel Tejada brings the most extensive musical background to the group, having gained experience in media and on acclaimed shows like American Idol, Got Talent, and The Voice. These platforms opened doors for him to collaborate with music icons like Beyoncé, Kirk Franklin, and Justin Timberlake. Beyond the spotlight, he’s also worked behind the scenes, coaching contestants to deliver standout performances on these shows.

Israel Tejada, a standout drummer considered one of the most gifted in the county, also shines as a composer and music producer. His creative vision and depth have significantly shaped the band’s sound.

David Tejada contributes as a bassist, pianist, and music director, while also bringing business savvy and media experience to the table. His background as a radio host and entrepreneur enhances the group’s reach and message beyond the stage.

In just two years, Sons of Thunder have made a significant mark wherever they’ve gone—sharing the stage with Christian music leaders like Miel San Marcos, Barak, Marcos Witt, Ingrid Rosario, and Evan Craft. Their vibrant musical style, meaningful lyrics, and passionate performances have quickly earned them recognition. Notably, they’ve performed in prestigious venues like the Crypto.com Arena, the Peacock Theatre, and Carnegie Hall in New York.

Recently, the group has toured several Latin American countries, creating powerful moments of worship and celebration. One highlight includes their trip to Colombia, where footage filmed in the city of Bucaramanga became the backdrop for the live music video of “Estamos de fiesta” (“We’re Celebrating”), capturing the energy of an enthusiastic crowd from start to finish.

Now, Sons of Thunder stand at the edge of a new release: “Nadie como Él”, written by Samuel Tejada in collaboration with Rebecca Thomas and Abraham Orona.

“From the moment we wrote ‘Nadie Como Él’, we knew it was special,” says Samuel. “It’s a song you don’t just sing—you feel. It carries a strength and anointing that grabs you from the first chord. If you're looking for intense worship that connects you to heaven, this is it.”

Produced by Israel Tejada and renowned producer Gerson Parra, “Nadie como Él” is officially available today, July 25, on all streaming platforms. The music video—filmed live in Los Angeles this past March—premieres simultaneously on the band’s official YouTube channel and features a special appearance by singer Jazmín Vera.

Sons of Thunder is more than a band—it’s part of a revival movement igniting from Los Angeles to the nations. Stay connected with the group for updates, exclusive content, and tour information by following them on social media: @SonsOfThunderWorship
