LOS ANGELES, CA. / NASHVILLE, TN. (AUGUST 22, 2025) Today, two-time Billboard No. 1 Gospel artist and author Anthony Evans introduces newcomer Kaleb Carson with their new single, "You're Not Finished." This anthemic and inspirational song was co-written by Evans, Carson, and Danielle Munizzi (daughter of Gospel legend Martha Munizzi). The song was inspired by Carson's unexpected battle with leukemia when he was just two years old. His family was given a grim prognosis, with only a 10 percent chance of survival. Furthermore, they were informed that he would likely never be able to speak due to an injury sustained during a procedure meant to save his life.

"What blew my mind and encouraged my heart is that the young man speaking to me about his faith in what God can do was that little boy from that story," shares Anthony Evans. "Not only did he survive, but he ultimately learned to speak and worked diligently to learn how to sing. It is my honor to have written and produced this song with Kaleb Carson. He is a living testament to the power of prayer and faith in the face of adversity. As a living, visible testimony, I thought there would be nothing better than to perform this song with Kaleb. My hope is that in hearing his dynamic voice, you will be reminded that in spite of what you may be experiencing, it's not over until God says so."

Kaleb Carson adds, "God pulled me out of that situation, and this song comes from that real-life experience. I'm so honored to have had the opportunity to write this song alongside Anthony and Danielle, who are both amazing songwriters and singers."

This fall, Evans can be seen during special worship events. He will join his sister, Priscilla Shirer, a renowned Bible teacher, New York Times best-selling author, and actress, for the "Going Beyond Live" events. ABOUT ANTHONY EVANS: Anthony Evans’s deep faith has been the foundation of everything he has set out to accomplish in his life and ministry. Growing up the son of influential pastor, Dr. Tony Evans, among siblings Chrystal Evans Hurst, Priscilla Shirer, and Jonathan Evans, all of whom have become impactful speakers, authors, and spiritual leaders themselves, Anthony’s path is unique and all his own.
