"Crucifixio" is the next single off the upcoming EP, "Historia Salutis," from Keyodis. It continues to expand on the genre blending the group is quickly becoming known for.
The band explains the idea and concept behind both the song and project.
"Crucifixio is the step-by-step of Jesus at the cross: from the Romans to the mocking to the centurion stating that this truly was the Son of God. It’s brutal truth that He breathed His last in suffering so we may breathe in life. This song is the middle of the gospel; it’s harsh and yet true," shares singer / songwriter Morgan Hochstetler.
"'Historia Salutis' follows the story of salvation: God in the garden declaring the need for a Savior, the incarnation of Christ, the cross, the birth of the church in Acts, and the end of time when He proclaims Victory over all," continues songwriter Anthony Kroeker.
The new single, "Crucifixio," from Keyodis is available right now to purchase and stream via The Charon Collective right here.
