Worship leader and songwriter Phil Wickham has released a brand new single today titled “Fear Has No Power,” accompanied by a lyric video.

Sharing about the heart behind the song, Wickham wrote,

“Life has felt heavy. From the chaos, wars, and violence we see in the world to the personal pain of losing a childhood friend just days ago, it’s been a lot. And I know I’m not alone in feeling that way.

In the middle of it all, there’s been this song I haven’t been able to stop singing. I wasn’t planning on releasing it, but it’s been carrying me. It’s reminded my heart of what’s true. I stand on a rock that cannot be shaken. The victory has already been won.

The same God who stood with Daniel in the lions’ den, who walked with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego through the fire, stands with us now.

This song is for anyone who needs to be reminded that in Jesus, we are more than conquerors.

DO NOT BE AFRAID. FEAR HAS NO POWER.”
