The Charon Collective welcomes Northern Hollywood's Declarations to the family! "This is the End (Ft. Ian Kelly)" is the first single off of the upcoming full length album. It will hit streets December 5th on CD and digital.
Guitarist vocalist Mike Wright is no stranger to the music scene, having played in such notable bands as The Ironside Collective, Fighting Jacks, Freeto Boat, Saint Didacus, and numerous others. However, with Declarations, Wright taps into his love of metal and hardcore, unleashing a sound many would compare to bands like Zao, The Agony Scene, Carcass, and At The Gates.
As Wright states, Declarations was "born out of frustration, increased longing, a change of heart and mind, and passion to challenge myself and others."
"Teenage musical influences, spirit-filled hardcore, punk rawness, honest lyrics, simplicity and intuition" are what fuel the flames of Declarations.
The debut single, “This is the End,” features guest vocalist Ian Kelly of Plead the Widow’s Cause.
