Charlotte, N.C. – Christian hip-hop artist Jonah Greene has released his inspiring new single, “I Need You”, available now on all major streaming platforms. With soulful lyricism, energetic delivery, and a faith-driven message, the track reminds listeners of our daily need for Jesus, offering hope, encouragement, and a call to remain steadfast in faith.
Rooted in a desire to reflect authentic Christianity, “I Need You” speaks to both the highs and lows of life. On days of discouragement, anxiety, or struggle, the song encourages believers to trust God’s timing and lean into His faithfulness. With each verse, Greene emphasizes the importance of daily dependence on Christ, presenting the gospel as a source of strength, comfort, and joy.
“This song was created to reflect our shared need for Jesus. In every season—good or bad—He is worthy of our praise. There are days when we feel low, discouraged, or weighed down, but the God we serve is greater than any obstacle we face,” says Greene. “This song is meant to help listeners get through their day and to encourage them to remain content in Christ. He is our daily bread, and without Him, we are in constant need of the gospel.”
Written by Jonah Greene and produced by CADO, “I Need You” continues Greene’s mission to create music that combines the energy of hip-hop, the soul of R&B, and the heart of worship. The song’s heartfelt storytelling, catchy hooks, and spiritually uplifting message make it an anthem for anyone seeking to center their life on Christ and navigate daily challenges with faith.
