“Here In Your Arms” celebrates the beauty of a relationship where two people are fully known and still fully chosen. Grounded in emotional safety, long-term commitment and the quiet moments that define real relationships, the song draws directly from Johnson’s own life, echoing the timeless storytelling at the heart of country music.
"This song, featuring my sweet husband Brian, feels extra special to me,” says Johnson. “I love that it can be heard both as a love song between husband and wife and as an expression of love between us and God. As Brian and I approach 26 years of marriage, there’s a safety and security that comes from being fully known and fully loved – choosing each other and the Lord every day."
Widely recognized as a worship music artist and songwriter with Bethel Music, where she serves as co-founder and president, Johnson has co-written hits including “Goodness of God,” “The Blood,” and “Holy Forever” which earned a 2025 GRAMMY nomination for Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song in a version featuring CeCe Winans. Johnson has contributed as a writer and vocalist to 18 Bethel Music albums, solidifying her influence on contemporary worship music.
