NASHVILLE, Tenn. (MARCH 24, 2026) With seven No. 1 radio hits, a GRAMMY® nomination, and a Dove Award, acclaimed singer-songwriter Ryan Stevenson has released his deeply personal new single, “This I Know.” The song was co-written by Stevenson, Brian Fowler, and Micah Kuiper, with production by Fowler & Kuiper for Man Cub. Listen to "This I Know" now.

Inspired by Psalm 46, “God is our refuge and strength; a very present help in times of trouble," the song explores the tension of trusting in God’s goodness while navigating a world that often feels uncertain and unfair. Rather than rushing past hard questions, “This I Know” sits in the discomfort and chooses trust anyway. At its core, it reminds listeners that faith isn’t denying reality; it’s anchoring yourself in God’s unchanging character when everything else feels unsteady.

“Even when the story doesn’t make sense, God’s character hasn’t changed,” Ryan Stevenson shares. “The same hands that allow the storm are the hands that hold us through it.”

With soaring melodies and raw vulnerability, the track is poised to resonate with anyone facing doubt, disappointment, or unexpected turns while offering a steady reminder that God remains our refuge in every season. The song received amazing support from Spotify on several playlists, Amazon's Fresh Christian list, and Pandora's cover tile for Top Christian Hits and New Christian Radio. The single also went for adds at radio with several impressive stations already on board!

In addition, this year marks the 10th anniversary of Stevenson's hit song, “Eye of the Storm,” celebrating a decade of impact since its original release. Featuring GabeReal (Gabe Patillo), the song quickly resonated with audiences worldwide and achieved significant chart success across Christian radio. Over the years, it has continued to inspire listeners through its message of unwavering faith in life’s most challenging moments. To honor GabeReal’s role in the record-breaking song and its lasting legacy, several special initiatives are planned throughout the year, including a heartfelt new rendition performed by Stevenson and Patillo’s children, bringing a fresh, multigenerational perspective to the beloved classic.

ABOUT RYAN STEVENSON: Ryan Stevenson is a GRAMMY®-nominated, Dove Award-winning artist and one of contemporary Christian music’s most consistent voices. With seven No. 1 hits and more than 3.2 billion global streams, his songs — including the platinum-certified anthem “Eye of the Storm” — have connected with audiences worldwide.

Raised in a small farm town in Oregon, Stevenson’s journey from humble beginnings to global stages reflects a deep-rooted faith and relentless perseverance. He first gained national recognition co-writing TobyMac’s platinum hit “Speak Life,” launching a career defined by honest storytelling and hope-filled music.

Known for blending vulnerability with conviction, Stevenson continues to create songs that remind listeners they are not alone and that even in life’s storms, faith has the final word.

ABOUT GOTEE RECORDS: In 1992, a production team of three talented guys with diverse tastes shared a love for music. Producers Joey Elwood and Todd Collins, along with Grammy-winning artist TobyMac, launched Gotee Records in 1994 after unsuccessfully finding a label deal for the R&B trio Out of Eden. With a steady focus on artistry, the new label expanded to reflect the diverse interests of its founders. Within 12 months, Christafari, GRITS, and Johnny Q. Public were signed, easily representing four different music categories: R&B, reggae, rap, and rock. In the 25-plus years since Gotee’s founding as a record label, it has launched the careers of Relient K, Jennifer Knapp, Sonicflood, Jamie Grace, and, more recently, Capital Kings, Ryan Stevenson, Hollyn, and Aaron Cole. The present-day in the Gotee story is much like the label’s early days. Through all the changes in the tumultuous music industry, the boutique label’s independent spirit is maintained through a steady focus on artist development and diversity. In 2025, Bell Partners Worldwide acquired Gotee Records, launching a new division, Bell Partners Christian Music, which aimed to expand the global reach of Christian music artists. Gotee executives Joey Elwood and Toby McKeehan (tobyMac) will continue in leadership roles at Gotee as well as at Bell Partners Christian Music, with Elwood serving as CEO of the latter.
