NASHVILLE, TENN. / HOUSTON, TEXAS (MAY 22, 2026) Lakewood Music and Worship Together have joined forces for the release of Thank The Lord (Worship Together Session), a new live session EP available today on all streaming platforms. The project features fresh live recordings and accompanying video content designed to serve worship leaders and churches worldwide. This release includes “Faithfulness,” “Thank The Lord,” “Rejoice Again,” and “This Is the Day.” Listen to the EP now.
“We’ve loved collaborating with Worship Together on this project,” shares Lakewood Music. “It’s a privilege to partner with them and share these songs with local churches. Our prayer is that they would encourage and strengthen people wherever they’re sung.”
Worship Together's Jessica Marion adds, "Worship Together Sessions exist to create accessible, simplified arrangements of worship songs in a unique and compelling format for Church. We had a lot of fun creating these new versions of some Lakewood Music favorites, and we hope they will bless worship leaders and teams everywhere!"
The new release follows a season of remarkable momentum for Lakewood Music. Their song “Inhabit” recently reached its highest streaming day ever, more than two years after its original release, and has climbed into the Top 500 songs on CCLI. The group is also preparing to release a new version of “Made You Well” featuring Tauren Wells on June 12.
Over the past year, Lakewood Music has continued to see substantial audience growth across platforms. The brand generated 33.8 million total streams in 2025, marking a 25 percent increase year-over-year. Monthly Spotify listeners have grown 49 percent, while the group’s Instagram following has increased 58 percent. On TikTok, Lakewood Music has seen 2.3 million sound views this year alone.
Earlier this year, Lakewood Music released its full-length album House of Worship, a collection of worship songs centered on gratitude, healing, and the enduring goodness of God. The project features standout tracks including “Rejoice Again,” “Abundance of Rain,” and “Made You Well."
ABOUT LAKEWOOD: Lakewood Music brings an inspired new wave of worship to the world. Their sound is dynamic, their songs are rich, and the message is authentic. They are led by Alexandra Osteen, whose voice rings sincerely and gracefully. To extend an open invitation of hope, Lakewood Music crafts songs that transcend genres, united by one unifying theme: the goodness of God.
This passionate collection of singers, songwriters, and musicians began at Lakewood Church in Houston, TX. Led by Joel Osteen, the church’s more than 65-year legacy is its foundation, and the unique blend of musical styles reflects the extraordinary diversity of its story.
Lakewood Music's influence extends to a global audience through television broadcasts, SiriusXM radio, and various streaming platforms. They have accumulated 50 million career streams and, in partnership with the church, a combined social following of 68 million. In addition to weekly worship services, they have also performed in iconic venues such as Yankee Stadium, alongside Joel Osteen’s "Come Home to Hope" event, and collaborated with multiple Grammy-nominated artists, including Tauren Wells, Alexander Pappas, Pat Barrett, Jenna and Jonsal Barrientas from Elevation Worship, and Travis Greene.
