Southern California worship leader and independent Christian artist Adan Vazquez has officially released his debut single, “Lay It All Down,” a worship-centered song about surrender, peace, and placing everything at the feet of Jesus.

Growing up surrounded by worship, prayer, and the presence of God, Adan’s heart for music was shaped through church and worship ministry from an early age. Blending modern worship and contemporary Christian influences, “Lay It All Down” reflects a message of trust in God during seasons of heaviness, fear, and uncertainty.

“More than anything, my prayer is that people would encounter the presence of God through this song,” says Vazquez. “The goal has never been to bring attention to myself, but that His name would receive the glory.”

Inspired by today’s modern worship sound while remaining deeply personal, the single combines cinematic worship production with honest lyrics centered on surrender and faith.
