Before his grandfather passed away, Burton received advice that would forever shape his perspective. "One of the lines my grandfather shared with me was, 'It's one thing to make a living, it's another thing to make a life.' I'll never forget that conversation. It led me to write a song about the things in life that really matter and a song that would also honor his legacy."

In this new song, Burton reflects on the tension many people face between chasing success and being present for life's most meaningful moments. The song captures his desire to live intentionally, prioritizing faith, family, and relationships above the busyness that often consumes everyday life.
