Bethlehem, PA (August 13, 2026) - Today, Christian music media pioneers Jesusfreakhideout.com celebrate an extraordinary milestone: 30 years online.

On August 13, 1996, a small webpage called "The Jesus Freak Hideout" first appeared on the fledgling World Wide Web through Angelfire.com. What began as a teenage music fan's passion project would grow into one of Christian music's longest-running online destinations, covering thousands of albums, artists, interviews, concerts, films and news stories while championing both established and independent artists.

Three decades later, JFH is still here, still independent, and still trying to tell people about music worth hearing.

To commemorate its 30th anniversary, Jesusfreakhideout.com has released Songs We've Been Trying To Tell You About (And Others We Haven't), Volume Fifteen, a massive 57-song compilation available completely FREE to music fans.

"As a teen in the mid-90's, I was just in love with Christian music and its mission," says JFH founder and editor-in-chief John DiBiase. "I still remember the excitement of starting "The Jesus Freak Hideout" one Tuesday afternoon before my parents took us to a Jars of Clay show later that day in Scranton, PA. JFH has always been about sharing music we believe in, supporting artists, and ultimately pointing people toward Christ. I'm so grateful for every writer, artist, label, publicist, reader and friend who has been part of this journey. And releasing this giant collection of music feels like the perfect way to celebrate 30 years: by doing what we've always loved doing, telling people about songs and artists we think are worth hearing."

The fifteenth installment in JFH's long-running Songs We've Been Trying To Tell You About (And Others We Haven't) series clocks in at more than three and a half hours of music, continuing the site's tradition of offering its anniversary compilations as a free gift to readers and music fans.

The 57-song collection features a diverse mix of familiar favorites, returning artists and independent talent, including Jason Dunn, Smalltown Poets, Starflyer 59, Wavorly, Poor Old Lu, Dave Barnes, Britt Nicole, Ayiesha Woods, KJ-52, John Reuben, Tree63, Skye Peterson, Jamie Rowe, Remedy Drive, VOTA, Jess Ray, Chase Tremaine, John Van Deusen, Light The Way, Rusty Shipp, Sower, FYR FYTR and many more.

The compilation opens with former Hawk Nelson frontman Jason Dunn and his forthcoming single, "Never Gonna Let Go," followed by Smalltown Poets with "All the Voices." The sprawling collection moves through rock, alternative, pop, hip hop, worship, singer-songwriter music, punk, metal and more before closing with Brett Leyde's pensive "turn over the stones."

In another nod to the year that started it all, the artwork for Volume Fifteen pays tribute to the 1996 film Mission: Impossible, reimagined through a distinctly JFH lens, and a wink at the first compilation in this series.
