“This song comes from a falling out I had with one of my dearest friends. We had reached a point where we were having confrontations all the time, mainly about guys she would date who I felt weren’t good for her. But whenever I said anything to her about this, somehow I always came out looking like a jerk. Finally, after one argument, I just didn’t feel like resolving it any more, so I walked away.
