Behind the Song:
"When we wrote this song, the tragedy of Hurricane Katrina was the top story in the news. The devastation to parts of Louisiana and Mississippi was difficult to accept. On top of the death and destruction, the lives of those that survived were changed forever. Yet, intermingled in all the newscasts about the storm were stories of hope, stories that told of people coming together on the Gulf Coast to make a difference in the lives of the victims. Christians especially made their presence felt during this time. While we don't believe for one second that God causes these dark times to happen, we do know that he can certainly turn them around for his glory and cause good to come from them.
