VERSE 1
I can’t wait to join the redeemed in eternal worship to the King
All our voices joined at Heaven’s throne
Death is just a passageway to eternal life with You one day
The truth will be made known - You are God alone

PRE-CHORUS
Jesus Christ, the only way - His church bought with his blood
Passover Lamb is the Great I Am, redemption is at hand

CHORUS
Now I’m crying tears of joy - the Christmas child, the baby boy
Is the coming Easter King, and it’s His name we’ll always sing
It’s Jesus, it’s Jesus

VERSE 2
He’s purchased us and we are free
No longer in captivity
Together, we proclaim His saving power
You’ve called the church to be Your bride
Our names are in the book of life
The power of sin is gone - the King has overcome!

BRIDGE
Hallelujah - He is King (4x)

TAG
The saints who sing around Your throne
The saints who sing on earth below
Proclaim the truth we know - You are God alone!
