With Sony’s Blu-ray Disc technology gaining favor with consumers as the next-generation home video format and as top CBA retailers are creating Blu-ray sections for their stores, Big Idea responded to the growing consumer demand by making the best-selling VeggieTales titles available on Blu-ray.

“Big Idea’s VeggieTales was born out of creative innovation and state of the art technology and has grown over the years thru a variety of formats – including VHS, DVD and digital delivery,” says Greg Fritz, SVP Sales and Marketing, Big Idea Entertainment. “Bob, Larry and the Veggie crew will now make their debut on Blu-ray – ensuring the brand continues to be available in the most current and cutting edge format in the market. The new Blu-ray / DVD combo packs from VeggieTales launch with a national radio, print and online advertising campaign. Additionally, Big idea is offering a $3 mail in consumer rebate with the purchase of each title.
