Former Sonicflood vocalist Jeff Deyo has broken his silence and released his first new solo album in five years this week, Moving Mountains.
Deyo writes, "In recording this CD, my heart burns particularly for people to be stirred in their faith to trust God for rescue in the hardest of times. Like most people, I have faced many difficulties in life, and in doing so, have had to decide whether I would take God at his word or not. Of course, in the moment of trouble, it is always very difficult to remember God's promises, even though we have all heard many scriptures that teach us how God loves to deliver his children. Nothing would please me more than if people would join me in singing these very personal, scripture-breathed corporate worship songs, with the sudden knowledge that they are coming into agreement with deep and powerful Biblical truths. Then, in turn, their faith would be stirred to believe for the moving of the mightiest of mountains."
