Former Forefront Records pop rock band Smalltown Poets is back in the studio recording their second career Christmas album. The band returned from a 7-year hiatus in 2011 with Smalltown Poets Christmas, after last having released their one and only album with BEC Recordings (It's Later Than It's Ever Been) in 2004. In 2012, the guys followed their holiday album with an EP of all-new (non-seasonal) songs, Under The New Sun.
This week, the Smalltown Poets' Facebook page lit up with photos and announcements about the new project as the gang turned to Glow in the Dark Studios in Atlanta, Georgia to work on the new Christmas album. No official release date has been set, but the band promises its release for sometime this holiday season!
