SEATTLE, WASH. (September 19, 2016) - Citizens & Saints dropped their highly praised third studio album A Mirror Dimly last Friday, September 16. Touted as one of the top worship album’s of the year, A Mirror Dimly is a result of a difficult time for the group as they dealt with the downfall of Mars Hill Church. Front man Zach Bolen had the chance to discuss the album with podcasts such as Catalyst Podcast, Deconstructionists Podcast, Say That Podcast, The Reformed Pubcast, These Go To 11 Podcast and more. Check out what the media have to say about the album below:
“To me, this is easily the top worship album of the year. We were all created to worship, and this album gives us several creative and biblically-based expressions. – NewReleaseToday
“It demonstrates Citizens & Saints' continued growth as songwriters and musicians. If you've followed the band and have enjoyed the ride, you will not be disappointed with A Mirror Dimly.” – JesusFreakHideout
“Half of the album worships Jesus Christ as Lord; the other half celebrates our new life and identity in Him. The album's variety, from calm and contemplative tracks to energetic, momentum-packed rock, keeps listeners engaged and supports the band's eloquent lyrics. Without question, Citizens & Saints' A Mirror Dimly is well worth listening - it's an enjoyable collection guaranteed to be a classic. – The Christian Beat
