FF5 (AKA Family Force 5) has been trying to get their latest album, Audiotorium, released for over a year now, and the former quintet (now a twosome) is finally making headway in getting new music out to the public. In the fall, the band quietly released a physical EP via their online store, simply titled FF5 EP, and then just recently released a brand new single, titled "Fire on the Highway" (which also appeared on that EP).
Today, Josh and Jacob Olds announced a new EP release, El Compadre, set to drop on March 2nd. When a fan asked on their Instagram feed if this EP would have different songs on it than the FF5 EP, the band simply confirmed, "Yes."
More on the El Compadre EP soon. Hopefully this news means that Audiotorium (if that is still the title) won't be far off now.
