#31. Blindside
A Thought Crushed My Mind

Release Date: January 18, 2000

This is the most hardcore album I've ever heard to date. It's perfectly raw, grungy, messy, chaotic, heavy, thought-provoking and melodic; not to mention, Christian Lindskog has the most hardcore, primal scream I've ever heard in my life. The messy energy and raw, almost-metal guitar tones create a unique, even artistic world that the listener is brought into. This is the perfect hardcore sound, and the chaotic power behind "King of the Closet" makes it the most hardcore song ever made, in my opinion. I've almost gotten into many accidents while listening to that song in the car.
