Album Cover#8. Sanctus Real
Pieces Of A Real Heart

Release Date: March 9, 2010
Another beloved band around here, this quintet from Ohio's We Need Each Other was an early year-end favorite in 2008. Pieces of a Real Heart eagerly beckons our ears for listening, and we couldn't be more excited...
        - Roger Gelwicks

With each album, Sanctus Real offers a maturation of their rock sound and it seemed to peak with their pleasant surprise We Need Each Other ("Turn On The Lights" is still a beaut!). I think it's safe to say I'm quite eager to see where they've gone on Pieces of a Real Heart...
        - John DiBiase

I personally thought We Need Each Other was a step down from the band's previous albums, but I'm still looking forward to this one.
        - Nathaniel Schexnayder

Sanctus Real is band that keeps getting better album after album. They remain a favorite with impressive releases such as Fight the Tide and We Need Each Other. Matt Hammitt has a distinguishing voice that's a perfect fit for this type of music.
        - Wayne Myatt
