#17. Red
Until We Have Faces
Release Date: February 1, 2011

Red has been issuing stellar rock tunes since 2006’s End Of Silence. 2009’s album had a few alterations to make for an even better release than its predecessor and I expect the exact same for Until We Have Faces this year.

What can you say? Red is one of the hottest names in Christian rock right now and they are getting regular rotation on secular rock channels. I'm sure that Red will continue with the trend and pump out another album chock full of rock tunes ready for the radio.

To see if Until We Have Faces lines up to their last album, Innocence & Instinct, a lot of comparing will go on. One thing is for sure though: RED’s new album is one fine rock project and has set the bar nicely for rock acts this year.

Red's last release was a step in the right direction by giving the listeners more, yet, at the same time, improving on their first debut album. This band holds a special place in my heart. It's very rare that we see this type of music anymore that was once considered Nu-Metal. Surprisingly, there is still a huge fanbase out there as proven by Red and Skillet's success.
