Album Cover#13. Blindside
With Shivering Hearts We Wait

Release Date: June 7, 2011
I'm not gonna lie. Putting them on this list for every year we've done this list (save for one) feels rather foolish, but as their management keeps telling us that the new record really is coming, there holds out hope that Blindside may still deliver a brand new album... So, maybe this year?
        - John DiBiase

Blindside's made this annual list four of the five years it's existed. And we still don't have this record yet. It's becoming apparent that it's the Chinese Democracy of Christian music; I never really followed these guys before, but this project has been anticipated for so long that even I am excited to see this one eventually get released...
        - Roger Gelwicks

Yet another quiet band as of late. It's been nearly 6 years since their last full-length and nearly 5 since the Black Rose EP. Though Great Depression was a little dissapointing, the last EP showed hope. Hopefully the long hiatus will prove to do the band well.
        - Michael Weaver

We’ve been waiting years; literally years for Blindside to release a new album. I am hoping that this year will finally reunite us with the band that brought us two of the greatest rock records of all time.
        - Kevin Hoskins
